  • 1 large papaya,seeds removed,peeled and sliced into medium slices
  • Small piece Scotch Bonnet or habanero pepper,minced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and combine gently.
