I remember those days were I use to hate papaya, my mother use to start cutting her’s open and the smell alone would make me cringe. I would say, how anyone can eat something that smells like that ?Then I met durian lovers and knew that indeed “every cloth had it’s owner.”
So how did I get into loving papaya ? It seemed like the more raw food I would eat the more fruits and vegetables were appealing to me. Also as you mature, you become less of a picky kid and embrace a wider variety of foods.
Now I love papaya, both the big ones and the small ones. I can literally eat half of a big one and two entire small ones in one sitting. I would definitely say that I’ve converted.
If you are having any difficulties with enjoying any fruit I would suggest that you go raw for a week and then try it. You will be surprised at how much you will love those once hated fruits and vegetables.
