Curried Broccoli

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 head broccoli washed and cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • ½ cup water,plus ⅓ cup
  • Salt to taste
  1. Pour the oil into a large frying pan and let it heat up,then add in the curry powder and let it fry for a bit.
  2. Add in the broccoli and stir well then add in the nutritional yeast,water and salt,then mix.
  3. Let cook for 10 minutes and serve.
