This easy vegan recipe will soon become a favorite of yours. I mean, I really loved this one. When I poured that thick creamy cashew cheese sauce over those potatoes and mashed them until they turned the same color of Trump’s face I knew that I had something special.

I’m just kidding because the truth is, I don’t have to like him as person to respect him as simply being the president of the United States, for now. I say for now because I believe that he will soon be impeached. At least that is my prayer. I know that I don’t always get what I ask God for so I just might be wrong. He may do a great job. However I honestly don’t care to much about his great job if he does it by lying,cheating and stealing.
I am trying to move on because after all I do run a food blog and not a political online newspaper. I guess I’m simply an outraged citizen of the United States of America who believes that good should always win over evil. However in the real world nothing shares fair but death.I pray that we all will learn this including myself .Plus, if God allowed it,it must be happening for a reason.

I love this recipe because most vegan cheese’s aren’t as healthy for us as we think. Vegan cheeses like Diya are filled with ingredients that I can’t pronounce and soy cheeses make my stomach hurt to no end. It’s really nice when you can make your own from scratch. Best Cheesy Potatoes
- 6 large potatoes
- Enough water to cover the potatoes
- Little salt
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut into even medium slices and place into a large pot.
- Add the water and salt.
- Cook until tender. About 15-20 minutes.
- Drain and set aside.
- 11/2 cups raw cashews
- ½ red bell pepper
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Blend until creamy.
- Pour the cheese over your potatoes and mash.
